Have I mentioned before that we've actually met the Presumptive Democratic Nominee for President of the United States?

Well, just let me say one more thing... "Woohoo, Go Obama"!
It was a VERY cold Saturday in February when we made the trek to Springfield to see Obama declare his intention to run for President of the United States. Even though we thought it was a great opportunity to witness a historic moment, we really didn't think he had much of a chance to go all the way. At that time, Hilary was very much the front runner.
By the time we actually shook hands with Barak Obama and Dick Durbin in Washington DC in June 2007, we look a little warmer and much more excited to be there!
