Friday the boys and I spent the day at Patti and Paul's house with Grace, Luke and Drew. You would think that a teenager and an almost teenager wouldn't think it would be cool to hang out with their little cousins. Of course you would be wrong! Joe and Will absolutely adore those little munchkins. Maybe because they finally get to be the big kids?
They helped Drew learn all about how much fun it is to squirt people with the hose...like he needed any help with that.
What do you get when you combine a swingset with a hose and a plastic swimming pool? A possible bone fracture...and a really fun time!
Drew started to wind down and eventually took a nap with the "King of All Nappers", Papa Paul. The rest of the kids were pretty worn out as well...Joe actually fell asleep on the drive home. Ahhhh, my teenager still needs a nap occasionally :-)
